Thank you for the trust of our regular customer, who was satisfied with the waterproofing with liquid rubber Hydroflex-Universal on a previous site and called us again.

In the next photo we present the first terrace, due to which the client contacted our company.
The two buildings turned out to be adjacent with great visibility to the first terrace.

Waterproofing with liquid rubber on 2 terraces covered with granite tiles, located in a newly built building - Sofia

This time the terrace needed more additional repairs before laying the waterproofing.
The base was not in good condition and the granite tiles had to be removed.

After its demolition, it is impossible to avoid the application of a new leveling screed, as the drainage slopes were not done well.

All sills, corners and plinths were treated and lubricated so that the liquid rubber was laid on a solid and level surface.

After the new leveling screed was completely dry, we proceeded to apply the lubricated waterproofing, first priming with Hydroflex-Grund waterproofing primer.

Liquid rubber Hydroflex-Universal was laid in 4 layers, with reinforcement of polyester canvas and we finished with the waterproofing with liquid rubber in beige color.
