The terrace we present to you is located in Sofia.
The base is covered with granite tiles, which after the inspection were found to be firmly glued and did not need to be removed.
However, the terrace created serious problems for the owners by leaking water into the rooms below it.


We laid liquid Hydroflex-Universal rubber on the granite, reinforcing it with polyester canvas.
We carefully treated all corners and plinths with reinforcement and waterproofing.
We mechanically cleaned the side stone and impregnated it.

The oiled waterproofing remained as a final coating, as it is resistant to walking and has 100% UV protection.
The color chosen by the customer is light gray.
