The site located in the town of Velingrad is an open terrace.
The base is screed, which over time has cracked and leaks water.
The following photos show the damage caused by the water to the room under the open terrace.

Before starting work, we had to prepare the base in advance by cleaning it of pores and dust.
We primed with Hydroflex-Grund waterproofing primer.
Despite the difficult access under the railing, we managed to lay a liquid rubber Hydroflex-Universal with reinforcement of polyester fabric and under it.
We reinforced the entire base and all plinths and laid the greased waterproofing in 4 layers.
