Despite the granite tiles and the waterproofing laid before it, the water finds its way and creates problems with leaks and moisture.

Hydroflex-Universal liquid rubber is a new generation of waterproofing that saves additional repairs, such as demolition and new screeds.
It is applied directly on the granite, and there is only one condition: the base is strong and dry.

The terrace we present to you is located in Sofia.
After inspecting for damaged tiles, to make sure that the base was strong, we cleaned and dusted well.
We laid the greased waterproofing in 4 layers, with reinforcement of polyester canvas.

The color chosen by the client is light ocher and combines very well with the facade, which is in a similar color.
