The present site is an open-air terrace in Sofia.
As with all exposed terraces, steps should be taken to stop the leakage through it. The welded position on the terrace before starting the repair is tiled and sheet metal trimmed on the boards. Tiles and sheet metal were compromised and could not be repaired without being completely removed.

The steps to be taken are:

•     remove everything on the terrace - tiles and sheet metal.
•     applying a leveling mortar with a slope to the siphons
•     priming the base with a waterproofing primer, which is mandatory before applying Hydroflex-Universal
•     leveling the boards so they are well insulated and protected from water
•     waterproofing with Hydroflex-Universal liquid rubber to ensure leakage
•     finishing of granite or whatever clients want.

The best solution in this case is waterproofing with elastic waterproofing - a liquid rubber that has 100% UV protection and is resistant to all weather conditions.

As customers refused to place tiles as a finish, we made the terrace beautifully finished with a liquid tire that they chose to be gray.

So the terrace became well protected from water and at the same time pleasant to inhabit. It remains to put a beautiful fence to give a complete look.
