The next client is a construction company owner of an office building in Sofia. They assigned the task of our company as their sub-contractor to carry out waterproofing roof terrace of their building. Roof terrace before our intervention in the status quo was covered with asphalt. Under the top layer that is coated with asphalt, our team identified other type of two-component type waterproofing, which visibly green.

Seen from the photos the condition was pretty worn out and desperately need waterproofing liquid rubber as a new innovative way of coping. In places were missing chunks in many places was detaching almost entirely because of poor bond between the two types of insulation - the two components of the bitumen / asphalt /.

Measures that our team has taken to clean up bedrock everything was worn, peeled and make new, healthy with liquid rubber waterproofing Hydroflex-Universal . For the waterproofing of the terrace-roof used with liquid rubber waterproofing Hydroflex-Universal, which is bitumen-based.

Since the walls of the terrace-roof also needed to be done there waterproofing used waterproof material Hydroflex-Universal / white / to create aesthetic and beautiful appearance.

After laying the new waterproofing liquid rubber Hydroflex-Universal -roof terrace gained a new, fresh and beautiful appearance.
