As with a large part of the open terraces, the current site has compromised joints.
When the waterproofing under the granite tiles is missing or compromised, this is a prerequisite for leaks in the rooms below them.

In a case like this, when the tiles are firmly glued, Hydroflex-Universal liquid rubber is the ideal solution.

The steps we followed to apply the liquid waterproofing are the following:

•     Cleaning and dusting the base
•     Priming with Hydroflex-Grund waterproofing primer
•     First-hand application of Hydroflex-Universal liquid rubber and reinforcement
•     Sealing the reinforcement second layer of rubber
•     Finishing the waterproofing with two layers of Hydroflex-Universal in beige.
