The next terrace, which we waterproofed in Sofia, is covered with granite tiles.
As can be seen from the pictures, the condition of the tiles is quite bad, which has led to the elimination of a very large part of them. Clean up the old terrolic underneath them and re-place the tiles with new tricolle and thoroughly prefiguring the terrace where the joints were compromised.

Removing the tiles from below revealed a very large amount of moisture, mold and mud that had led to the formation of the perfect environment for the growth of plants and grasses.

The waterproofing was applied to the tiles because they did not have to be completely removed.
Only in the most disturbed places they were removed and overwrapped again. Only the presence of large amounts of moisture in these problem zones required the installation of vents to evaporate moisture and dry the substrate as a whole.

The technological sequence we followed in repairing the terrace was as follows:

Remove all the tiles that were in a loose state, tiles that "beat" on a hollow when knocked.
Clean all the mud and rubbish beneath them.
Priming with concrete contact for better grip of the new Territorial.
Placing the tiles again with flex tricolle
Prefiguring the entire terrace with a new joint after cleaning the old crumbly fuse anywhere.
Installation of 2 pcs. Humidifiers for drying moisture.
Cleaning and de-dusting of the terrace.
Priming with waterproofing primer Hydroflex-Grund.
Laying first hand seamless waterproofing Isolfex-Universal.
Cross-linking with polyester canvas A-65
Laying out two more layers of liquid rubber in light Ohra color.
