Another customer who contacted us for assistance owns an apartment in Sofia. The roof of the apartment is made of steel. The roof is divided into 2 parts which are connected in the middle with a groove in which a heater is applied against the snow.

At the other end cover adjoins the adjacent building, which is higher and there is also a groove that connects the roof and building. Problem due to which our customers sought is that rain, snow or water retention as a whole in the grooves underneath the apartment and rooms leaks and drips at the top of the ceiling of the rooms.
