The next object we finished is a roof terrace in Sofia.
The granitogress was not in good condition and we had to remove it so that we could create a sound foundation for applying the elastic waterproofing.
After his killing, we followed the following steps:

•     Cleaning and dust removal with the necessary machines.
•     Laying a leveling mortar with slopes to the siphons.
•     Priming with waterproofing primer Hydroflex-Grund
•     Laying first-hand Hydroflex-Universal liquid rubber and reinforcing with polyester canvas.
•     After the complete elastic membrane drying, we put two more graduating layers of it.

Customers were pleased with the way they worked and asked for the repair of the large roof terrace at the same time

waterproofing and on the small terrace, to their apartment.
It did not need a major overhaul and we put the liquid tire directly on the granitogress.

COMPLETE REPAIR OF ROOF TERRACE - REMOVAL OF GRANITE TILES, LAYING OF LEVELING MORTAR AND WATERPROOFING WITH LIQUID RUBBER.
