Waterproofing of sloping roof with tiles of the building - Blagoevgrad

This site is a residential building with a sloping roof covered with tiles. The roof had a leak and at the slightest rain. The tiles were healthy, but problem was several things. The tiles were not properly sorted and most of them did not overlap with each other and many of groove-feet were not put in place.

Another impression us after removing some tiles / only on the problem area of the roof / roof that opens beneath view that was quite stressful. Old dormer, which is sealed with boards that themselves had the basics - namely black paper and slats on which to enter tiles. From there accordingly come across another problem - one of the boards with a hole about 5 cm., Which is more than enough to have a serious leak and at the slightest rain.

Apart problem was raised over the problem area solar collector, which legs of the stand, which is attached to the roof were insulated. They were isolated only with polyurethane foam that had had scattered and burnt by the sun over time.

The steps we have taken to eliminate all errors are the following:

  1. Waterproofing of the boards on the roof with bitumen-rubber waterproofing liquid rubber
  2. Netting of the boards with polyester canvas A65 and laying of second hand with liquid rubber
  3. Laying third sealing arm with liquid rubber on bitumen-rubber waterproofing
  4. Placing slats on which to tread tiles
  5. Rearrange tiles as advocate all legs and grooves
  6. Fill with new foam cavities between the legs of the collector and the tiles
  7. Laying of bitumen-rubber waterproofing liquid onto already caked polyurethane foam.

After completion of the above steps guarantee 10 guarantee that there will be no leakage!
